Among those who sent their well wishes was her close friend and former Bigg Boss contestant, Rajiv Adatia. In a heartfelt Instagram post, he referred to Hina as “the sweetest person” and commended her for her fearlessness and strength. He praised her for sharing her health journey, which has helped raise awareness and inspire others. Hina was moved, shedding happy tears after reading Rajiv’s encouraging message on her special day.
