'Inhuman': Car Deliberately Runs Over Sleeping Dog in Ghaziabad, Disturbing Footage Goes Viral

What satisfaction can be gained from tormenting innocent animals? A deeply disturbing incident involving a car driver in Uttar Pradesh has surfaced, capturing the attention of many. A video circulating online reveals a man in Ghaziabad deliberately crushing a peacefully sleeping dog with his car, causing widespread outrage on the internet.

The footage, shared on ‘X’ by the page ‘Ghar Ke Kalesh,’ shows a blue car turning at a corner before pausing, seemingly to calculate the distance to a dog resting near an electric pole. The driver then heartlessly runs over the sleeping dog, leaving it writhing in pain.

It’s unclear whether the dog survived the ordeal, but reports indicate that the driver fled the scene, showing no concern for the injured animal.

The video quickly went viral, sparking strong reactions from viewers. “He might face karma for sure in life,” commented one user. “Animalistic behaviour from the driver,” exclaimed another, while a third person added, “Such people have no right to live. Shame on you.”

The fourth continued, “There’s blind hate towards dogs. I don’t know why. I don’t have dog as a pet, but i won’t hurt a dog. In my locality there are some street dogs but once they sniffed me they never troubled me again. Why is it so hard for people to just let them be?”

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first instance of such cruelty towards dogs captured on camera. In October 2023, a similarly heartbreaking incident occurred in Greater Noida, where a stray dog was deliberately hit by a speeding vehicle, resulting in its death. The graphic footage shared on social media showed the dog being dragged by the van, blatantly violating traffic norms.
