Millionaire tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson, 46, claims to have reversed his age by 5.1 years and is now selling a portion of his anti-ageing secret. He claims to have reversed his biological age by adhering to a rigid programme known as Project Blueprint, which includes a unique diet and more than 100 daily supplements.
According to the Hindustan Times, Johnson spends $2 million each year on the Project Blueprint regime. He takes over 100 vitamins daily and follows a strict diet. He is selling a portion of his tight nutrition routine to interested parties.
A “Blueprint stack,” a component of Project Blueprint, is now available for purchase. The stack includes a drink mix, protein, 8 tablets, snake oil, 67 potent medicines, and 400 calories. It is the result of more than 1,000 clinical experiments. Johnson claims that the stack is backed by studies and costs less than fast food, at $343 (approximately Rs 28,000) for a month’s supply.
Johnson said in a promotional post that it was “second only to Mother’s milk.”

Johnson suggests substituting 400 calories from your existing diet with the Blueprint stack. The stack is not designed to completely replace meals, but rather to complement any shortfalls.
Johnson, a former executive from Silicon Valley, is popular for his fascination with anti-ageing. He claims to have reversed his biological age by more than 5 years and has improved his health indicators. Reports state that he has made a significant investment in Project Blueprint, which comprises a particular diet, medical monitoring, therapies, and physical activity.
Additionally, the product is available for delivery to 23 different countries such as the United States, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Australia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, the UAE, Portugal, Spain, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
It is essential to emphasise that there is no scientific consensus on the efficacy of Project Blueprint, and paying $2 million per year on anti-ageing therapy is likely out of reach for the majority of people.
Earlier this year, Johnson claimed to have restored hair loss using another self-developed method.
