Manchester: Manchester United have already rejected Chelsea's two bids for their want away striker Wayne Rooney. However, latest reports are now suggesting the England international will only be sold to a side outside of the Premier League.
The 27-year old has been linked with a move away from the Premier League champions since former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson announced Rooney had requested a transfer at the tail-end of last season.
Europa League winners Chelsea are among the favourites to procure his signature, but United have maintained he isn't for sale.
Sources close to the player and the club have revealed Wayne Rooney will not be sold to any side in the Premier League as Manchester United have no plans to sell one of their best players to their title rivals at any cost.
