CBI unable to get information from Srilakshmi

HYDERABAD: After arresting all the four accused in the illegal mining case, the CBI is now focussing on those behind the scenes in sanctioning mining leases to the OMC.The CBI is reportedly questioning senior IAS officer Y Srilakshmi to know the persons behind former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy’s OMC getting the mining leases by giving a go-by to the norms but the investigators, it is believed, could not get much information from the IAS officer.Srilakshmi reportedly said she was feeling uneasy and CBI sleuths could not elicit much information from her, sources said.
