BANGALORE: Prabhath Kalavidaru is performing the 1010th show of their most popular ballet Cindrella and a new production Hari Sarvothama. These shows will be held on Saturday, May 26 at 2 pm and 6 pm respectively at Ravindra Kalakshetra, J C Road, Bangalore.Cindrella was first performed in July 1978 and had mesmerised the audience, as the ballet created magic on the stage using revolutionary light and sound techniques. Cindrella will now be presented with a new look and feel as it will be incorporating new music, new stage settings and new lighting techniques to provide a contemporary touch.Hari Sarvothama based on Prahlada Charita has been choreographed by Hema Panchamukhi and it’s music has been composed by Praveen D Rao.The show has mostly taken place in Ravindra Kalakshetra, targetting general audience. Though children would enjoy the show more, it connects well with both youth and olderly people.
