A middle aged couple from Uttar Pradesh were found murdered in their small eatery in the busy Balepet area, police said today.
The couple's seven-year-old daughter who was also assaulted in the attack last night, has been hospitalised.
Police said the couple, hail from Agra, were fatally attacked with iron rods.
A youth from Assam working in the eatery has been absconding since the murder, they said adding that efforts are on to trace him.
