THIRUVANATHAPURAM: The city will soon get a breather from unannounced road-cutting works.Road-cutting works shall not be sanctioned till they are accompanied by detailed schedule of the works to be undertaken and shall need to be undertaken as per the days prescribed by the District Collector.The decision was taken at a meeting of the Road Safety Authority.
