BANGALORE: Now, the land grabbing scam has put another BJP MLA in trouble, as a private complaint has been registered against MLA S Muniraju of Dasarahalli Constituency of Bangalore. Puttaswamy, a resident of Kereguddadahalli in Yeshwanthpur Hobli, has registered a private complaint against the MLA in the Lokayukta Court on Monday. Tahashildar Ranganath, Revenue Inspector Suresh, private persons Parameshwarappa and Rajamma are among the accused. Judge N K Sudheendra Rao asked the advocate of the complainant about some queries and he posted the case to November 2 for giving orders on whether the complaint has to be admitted by the court or not. The complaint alleges that the MLA has forged documents to grab one acre 15 gunta of Mallamma, the mother-in-law of the complainant.
