In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Balveer Singh Luthra of BJP won in this seat defeating Shyopat Ram of CPIM by a margin of 33,671 which was 16.62% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 37.98% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Sonadevi of NUZP emerged victorious in this seat beating Balveer Singh of BJP by a margin of 21,238 votes which was 11.88% of the total votes polled in the constituency. NUZP had a vote share of 36.78% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Daulat Raj of INC won this seat beating Nihal Chand of BJP by a margin of 5,042 votes which was 3.5% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 46.06% in the seat.
