BLACKPINK's Jennie And Zico Share Teaser Of Their New Song Spot And Fans Just 'Can't Wait'

A week after teasing fans with a glimpse of their upcoming collaboration, Zico and BLACKPINK’s Jennie finally dropped the exciting teaser of their music video, building a lot of excitement among fans. Titled ‘Spot’, the music video’s teaser offers a glimpse into what seems to be an electrifying release from the two. The song will be out on April 26 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST). While Jennie, one of the most popular K-pop stars, can be seen lending her voice and featuring alongside Zico, the teaser also features some goofy moments as they immerse themselves in the rhythm of the track, dancing, and vibing to the music amidst the urban backdrop of the city.

Both the K-pop stars shared the official MV teaser on their official Instagram handles, generating a buzz among fans. “SPOT! (feat. JENNIE)’ Official MV Teaser,” Zico wrote on Instagram.

As fans went crazy seeing their favourite stars coming together, a user wrote, “JENNIE and ZICO are here to show how it’s done,” while another commented, “SONG OF THE YEAR IS COMING!!!”

A week ago, fans were treated with a behind-the-scenes video from the recording studio where Zico and Jennie could be seen working on the song. The footage captures a candid moment of the creative process showing their collaborative synergy as they exchange ideas and lend support to each other’s artistic visions.

On the work front, Jennie recently launched her solo label Odd Atelier, while also remaining associated with her agency for group activities with BLACKPINK. Zico’s last musical outing was the mini album Grown Ass Kid in July 2022. Following that, he is now gearing up to mark his comeback almost after 21 months.
