The show is all set to premiere on October 6, but ahead of the new season, reports are rife that Bigg Boss Marathi contestant Arbaaz Patel is one of the contestants for Bigg Boss 18.

In a conversation with Ratna Marathi Media, Arbaaz spilt beans about his entry into Bigg Boss 18. The former Bigg Boss Marathi contestant was asked, “Will you participate in Bigg Boss 18?”. He replied, “Let’s see. If Maharashtra people want to see me… there are more projects ahead. You will see me somewhere.”

His response has left the audience curious, wondering if Arbaaz will appear in Bigg Boss season 18 or if he will take entry as a wildcard.

Meanwhile, the Splitsvilla fame was earlier trolled by the audiences after he remained tight-lipped when Purushottam Dada Patil, a kirtan artist, chanted the names of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj while leaving the house. Viewers expressed their displeasure, asking to evict him from the house. Reacting to this incident, Arbaaz said during an interview, “I am not sure if anything like that happened there. I am not like that. Everyone understands that where I reside is historically significant. Maharaj’s history occurred there and we’re here today because of them.”

Elaborating further, the star added that he didn’t hear the chanting that was going on there at the time. Moving on, he said that if he had come keeping in mind about the religion, he would not have come in Bigg Boss Marathi.

“I have earlier said that all this will happen in Marathi Bigg Boss, I have not done anything. I am not that kind of person myself. I am very caring and possessive about religion. If I have done something wrong, I apologise to everyone,” Arbaaz concluded.
