New Delhi: A heated debate over whose smartphone was better landed two roommates behind the bars in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The roommates, Jiro oMendez and Elias Ecevo allegedly stabbed each other as they argued over whether Android smartphones were better than Apple iPhones.

On April 17, the local police received reports of a bloody person wandering around the parking lot of an apartment complex. They discovered Mendez with scratches and wounds, while Ecevo with similar injuries had stayed inside the apartment.

The roommates were under the influence of alcohol and had stabbed each other with broken glass bottles, while Ecevo allegedly attempted to steal Mendez's car.

A report on Ars Technica notes that while the injuries both of them sustained were non-life-threatening, they were booked at the Tulsa jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
