Actor Nepolean is the popular face of the Malayalam industry with iconic roles like Mundakkal Sekharan and Father Rosario. His performances in Devasura, Ravana Prabhu, and Meghasandesam are cherished by the Malayalee audience.
Accumulating crores through business, Nepolean has been investing in assets across the US. The opulence of his lifestyle was showcased by popular YouTuber Irfan, who posted a video featuring Nepolean’s palatial house with amenities like a theatre, swimming pool, gym, and bar during his visit last year. Recently, on Nepolean’s 60th birthday, YouTube Irfan shared details of the actor’s extensive 300-acre farmland in the US, providing fans with a glimpse into the grandeur of Napoleon’s estate.
Acquiring the land three years ago, he stumbled upon it during a visit when the owner mentioned a house built in 1963. Impressed, Napoleon swiftly decided to purchase the estate.
Born in 1963, the same year the estate’s house was built, Nepolean shares that initially, the land was dedicated to grass cultivation for the first two years. Besides the house, there’s a dedicated party hall where he hosts family gatherings, friends’ meetings, and recently a college friends’ reunion.
Managing around 250 cows with hired staff overseeing their care, Nepolean profits by selling well-fed cows in the market for meat. He has also installed an artificial pond for water collection on the farm, with plans for two more ponds in progress. Engaging in vegetable farming, the cultivation window in America spans from May to October, encompassing various vegetables. Due to the six-month winter break, there is no cultivation during that period.
Rather than selling the harvested vegetables, Nepolean generously distributes them among his family, friends, and office staff. The farm’s house, equipped with three bedrooms and various amenities, serves as a retreat for Napoleon and his family. Adjacent to the house is a swimming pool for relaxation.
A portion of Nepolean’s farm is designated as a forest, where deer hunting is permitted. This aligns with the government’s strategy to control the increasing deer population in the US, preventing them from posing risks on roads during specific months. Napoleon’s farm participates in this initiative by allowing deer hunting during the designated period.
While Nepolean debuted in Telugu cinema, his brilliance has consistently been portrayed in Tamil and Malayalam cinema. Beyond his acting prowess, Napoleon has demonstrated success in politics and business. For the past few years, he has resided in America with his family, where he also oversees the operations of an IT company.
